Credit Card Policy
A valid Visa or MasterCard is required to confirm bookings of 10 people or more. To verify card details, a temporary authorization may be placed at the time of booking- but no charges will apply at this point.

Cancellations & No Shows
Please cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Late changes or no-shows will incur a $20 per person fee, including for reduced group numbers (e.g. if you book for 10 and only 8 attend without prior notice).

If exceptional circumstances prevent you from contacting us (e.g. illness or flight delays), please get in touch as soon as possible at dining@thegrounds.co.nz.

Our reservation system is powered by Eveve, and payments are securely processed via Stripe, adhering to the highest data protection standards globally.
